The project involves a closed-end rivet nut, characterized by challenging production features and stringent plating quality control. During the sample development phase, the customer visited our factory from Japan more than seven times, highlighting the project's significance. Super Nut successfully completed the product development phase within 3-5 months, which included establishing all PPAP documents and production line control. Super Nut's Steady Demand and Strong Customer Relationship in Fastener Production
This project has now been running for over 5 years, the demand is steady. We had received positive feedback from customers that our product quality is outstanding, which eased up their assembly line/s progress. Per our last visit to the customer's site, we were being told that they will add more models to use this type of fasteners in the next few years. We will be seeing at least. a steady demand for quite a while in such a difficult economic environment.
During this project's production phase and sample development phase, Super Nut's agility to meet customer's requests has helped to build up an irreplaceable relationship with the customer. This agility is shown in small lot quality control, and sometimes arranges the production schedule to meet a rather urgent request.
