Innovative Through-Hole Screw Production and Long-Term Collaboration Success Story
Upon trial and error, we proposed a bolder idea of production to maintain the quality of the hole concentricity. We were able to punch the hole within the cold-forming process to keep the concentricity within the tolerance. The previous technique was forming the hole via secondary process "drilling".
In the second half of the year 2023, we have passed the product development phase, and launched the mass production. We also have already received the mass production order for 2024.
